We do not offer services to any person under the age of 21. By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age in the United States. By using this site, you also confirm that items purchased are not for resale and are for personal use only. Wine shipments are required by law to be signed for by an adult (person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). At this time, ABR only operates and offers Service(s) within the continental United States. Additional exceptions to where wine can be shipped will be shared with subscribers, based on state laws.

All content included as part of the Site or Service(s) are the property of A Bit Unrefined or its Partners and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. ABR’s role is that of a service provider that enables you, the consumer, to access wine and related products from wineries holding valid licenses and to participate in the services and/or any other product offers offered on our Site or Service(s).
Billing
You acknowledge and agree that ABR will use a recurring payment system in connection with the program(s) you are enrolled in. The method of payment linked to your account will be automatically changed in accordance with the shipping schedule or the renewal term of a subscription. There is not an ongoing commitment to remain a member, you may cancel by contacting info@abitunrefined.com.
ABR works with winery partners to provide you access to their goods and services. Shipping charges, applicable tax, and amount for bottle deposit fee (where applicable) will vary between localities and will be charged to your method of payment. Charges will be provided to you in your order summary prior to your purchase of the applicable membership. You will be notified in advance of shipments.
Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
Contact us to discuss returns or cancellations. If a shipment is returned to us because no one was available to sign for it, the return shipping and re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Wine shipping laws require that a person 21 years or older sign for the wine shipment. Wine cannot be left at your front door. We recommend shipping wine to a business address of your choice (your work, shipper delivery hold sites, etc.)
Good Faith Compliance
ABR may be accessed from many locations. You acknowledge and agree that consumer protection laws vary by location and that the Company has made a good faith attempt to comply with all such applicable laws, including, by way of example and not limitation, the California Subscription Act and similar statutes in other states. You agree that you will notify the Company if you believe that it is not in compliance with any laws and provide the Company with an opportunity to cure any alleged violations.
